To simplify the process, We only have one rental period, 7 days. Please make sure your dispatch date and the return date are falling within weekdays (not weekends).

For example, If your event day is on Monday this week, your dispatch day should be the Wednesday in previous week and the return day will be the Tuesday straight after the event day .

Please check T&C for recommended dispatch and return date from Monday-Friday.

Slip your rental in the pre-paid satchel included with your rental, drop at any Post Office on your rental return date. No need for dry cleaning, we do all that for you, and we will take care of the rest.

Bond will be refunded within 24 hours when the dress is returned to us in original condition.
